Physical pre-orders and hardware

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before shipment by contacting info@mouse4ai.com. Delivery, return eligibility and any applicable costs are confirmed with the order. Defective or non-conforming hardware is handled under mandatory consumer rights.

Digital services

Digitally delivered or activated software and services may have different cancellation conditions after delivery begins. Any applicable consent or loss of withdrawal rights will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.

Future subscriptions

Paid Pro and Max subscriptions are not active during the beta. If subscriptions launch, future renewals can be cancelled before the next billing period using the method shown in the account or at checkout.

Send cancellation or refund requests to info@mouse4ai.com with the order or account email and relevant reference. We will review the request under the offer terms and applicable law.
